Bourbon Caramel Sour

2 oz Door County Distillery Batshit Bourbon

3/4 oz salted caramel syrup

3/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

Cinnamon sugar for glass rim (optional)

Rim a cocktail glass with cinnamon sugar, fill glass with ice, and set aside. Combine Batshit Bourbon, salted caramel syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into prepared glass.
