Barrel Gin Spritz
2 oz Door County Distillery Barrel Finished Gin 3/4 oz cranberry juice 3/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice 1/2 oz grenadine Perry (pear cider) to fill Combine Barrel Finished Gin, cranberry juice, lemon juice, and grenadine in a shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Top with Perry cider.

2 oz Door County Distillery Batshit Bourbon 6 oz Door Peninsula Winery Modern Cider 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice 1/4 oz real maple syrup 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon Cinnamon sugar for the rim Apple slices and cinnamon sticks for garnish Rim a cocktail glass with cinnamon sugar and fill with ice. Spiced Apple Mule
1 oz Door County Distillery Luminous Vodka 2 oz Door Peninsula Winery Sweet Apple wine 1/2 oz triple sec Ginger beer to fill 3-6 dashes pumpkin pie spice Apple slice for garnish Pour Luminous Vodka, Sweet Apple wine, and triple sec in a Moscow Mule mug. Stir to combine. Add ginger beer. Sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top. Garnish with an apple slice.

Apple Brandy Sidecar
1 1/2 oz Door County Distillery Apple Brandy 1/2 oz Door Peninsula Winery Modern cider (sweet sparkling hard cider) 3/4 oz triple sec 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice 1/4 oz sweet potato syrup Apple slice for garnish Place martini glass in refrigerator or freezer to chill. Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with an apple slice.
