Door County Distillery, Door County's first distillery since prohibition, opened in 2011. Specializing in small-batch spirits made with local Wisconsin ingredients, our tasting room is open year round for tastings, cocktails, and tours. Connected to Door Peninsula Winery, it's easy to spend an afternoon onsite in Carlsville, Wisconsin.

Cocktail Garden

Stay and play a little while at our outdoor Cocktail Garden. Enjoy a hand-crafted cocktail or any one of our different cocktail flights. The area also offers lawn games or a place to sit back and enjoy the fireplace on cooler days.

TOURs

Tour Door County Distillery and Door Peninsula Winery

Tours are approximately 25 minutes long and include information about both the winery and Door County Distillery (located in the same building). They do not go outside to our vineyard.

Cost: Free

We also have tour upgrades. An upgraded tour includes a glass of wine, Door County Distillery spirit tasting, Door County Distillery logo shot glass, and 2 oz of chocolate covered cherries for $18. You can also just add a glass of wine to enjoy on the tour for $7. If you’re interested in upgrading, visit the registers at the front of the building by the olive oil, fudge, and other food items to pay for and receive your upgrade items.

Advance reservations are not needed for individuals or smaller groups. If you have a large group (15+) wanting to take the tour, we'd love for you to call ahead and let us know.
