Nightmare on Bourbon Street

2 oz Door County Distillery Batshit Bourbon

6 oz Door Peninsula Winery Modern Cider

1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/4 oz real maple syrup

1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Cinnamon sugar for the rim

Apple slices and cinnamon sticks for garnish

Rim a cocktail glass with cinnamon sugar and fill with ice. Set aside. Combine Batshit Bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, ginger, and cinnamon in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into prepared cocktail glass. Top with Modern cider. Garnish with apple slices and cinnamon sticks.
