2 oz Door County Distillery Single Malt Whisky
1/4 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
2/3 oz honey syrup*
1/3 oz chilled water
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a lemon.
*To make the honey syrup: stir or shake together 3 parts honey with 1 part water by weight until well combined.
