Rad Whisky Buzz

1 1/2 oz Door County Distillery Single Malt Whisky

1/2 tsp granulated sugar

1 tsp honey

4-6 oz Door Peninsula Winery Radiance, well chilled

Orange slice

Pour granulated sugar into a glass. Add honey and stir together to form a paste. Add whisky and mix so the granulated sugar is nearly dissolved. Add Radiance and give a quick stir. Float orange slice on top.
