2 oz Door County Distillery Cherry Bourbon
1/2 oz Door County Distillery Cherry Brandy Liqueur
1/2 lemon, cut into slices
6-8 Door County cherries, pitted (can also use maraschino cherries)
8-10 mint leaves, plus a sprig for garnish
Club soda (optional)
Combine Cherry Brandy Liqueur, cherries, and lemon slices into a shaker tin. Muddle until the lemons and cherries are broken down. Add the mint leaves and gently muddle a few times to release the oil of the min leaves. Add ice and Cherry Bourbon to the shaker tin. Shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with club soda if desired. Garnish with a cherry and sprig of mint.
