Apple Brandy Sidecar

1 1/2 oz Door County Distillery Apple Brandy

1/2 oz Door Peninsula Winery Modern cider (sweet sparkling hard cider)

3/4 oz triple sec

1/2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/4 oz sweet potato syrup

Apple slice for garnish

Place martini glass in refrigerator or freezer to chill. Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with an apple slice.
