Watermelon Martini

3 oz Watermelon simple syrup 3 oz Door County Distillery Single-Malt Whisky 1 oz grenadine 1 oz lime juice

Layer 1 oz of watermelon simple syrup on the bottom of a martini glass (add a drop of green food coloring if desired). Shake the rest of the syrup, whisky, and lime and carefully add it to the glass so it floats on top.
