Rummy Jelly Bean Fizz

1 oz Door County Distillery Rock Island Rum

1/2 oz cream of coconut

1/4 oz lime juice

Splash of grenadine

4 oz lemon lime soda

1 tbsp pink jelly beans

Pink sugar for glass rim (optional)

Wet rim of glass with water and rim with pink sugar. Add ice and set aside. Place jelly beans and rum in shaker and let sit for 3-5 minutes to soften jelly beans. Muddle. Add cream of coconut, lime juice, and grenadine. Add ice and shake, then strain into prepared glass. Top with lemon lime soda.
