2 oz Door County Distillery Apple Brandy
1 tbsp honey (or more to taste)
6-10 oz hot water
Cinnamon sticks
Lemon wedge
In a coffee mug or heat-proof serving glass, stir together Apple Brandy and honey. Add 1-2 cinnamon sticks. Pour hot water into glass. Garnish with lemon wedge if desired.
Another variation for Door County Hot Toddy is substituting Maple finished Bourbon for brandy and with maple syrup replacing honey. Pouring the hot water over apple sices finish it.
