1 oz Door County Distillery Apple Brandy 1 oz Door County Distillery Rye Whiskey 2 oz Shipwrecked Pumpkin Ale 1/2 oz grade B maple syrup 1 whole egg* Nutmeg for garnish
Add the Apple Brandy, Rye Whiskey, Pumpkin Ale, maple syrup and whole egg into a shaker and dry-shake (without ice) vigorously. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
*Note: be careful when consuming raw eggs as they may carry the risk of salmonella. Use fresh eggs and wash before handling.
