Rock Island 75

1 1/2 oz Rock Island Rum

1/4 oz simple syrup

1/3 oz lime

1/2 oz Cherry Bluff Infusion

3 oz chilled Radiance (sparkling white wine)

Shake all ingredients except wine with ice and strain into a martini glass. Top with sparkling wine.
