Prickly Pear Daiquiri

2 oz Door County Distillery Golden Rum

1 1/2 oz prickly pear syrup

1/2 oz lime juice

2 oz Club Soda

Combine first three ingredients in a rocks glass filled with ice. Stir gently with a bar spoon. Top with club soda.
