Orange and Brandy Spritzer

1 oz Door County Distillery Brandy 2 oz freshly squeezed orange juice 2 oz soda water 2 dashes Door County Distillery Cherry Bluff Infusion (bitters) Orange wedge for garnish

In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine orange juice, Brandy, and Cherry Bluff Infusion. Shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Add soda water and stir to combine. Garnish with an orange wedge.
