Gin Daisy

2 oz Door County Distillery Gin

1/2 lemon, freshly squeezed

1/2 oz simple syrup

1/2 oz grenadine

Soda water to fill

Lemon wedge and mint to garnish

Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass filled with ice. Use a bar spoon to mix together. Add a lemon wedge and mint for garnish and enjoy!
