Gin Blossom Martini

3 oz Door County Distillery Gin

1/2 oz lavender simple syrup

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Add lemon juice, gin, and lavender syrup to a shaker. Fill with ice and shake until cold. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with lemon wedge.
