Carlsville Sour

2 oz Door County Distillery Rye Whiskey

Juice of one lemon

1 oz simple syrup

Sinister, from Door Peninsula Winery (dry, light red wine blend)

Add first 3 ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Carefully float red wine on top by pouring over the back of a spoon.
