2 oz Door County Distillery Rock Island Rum
1 oz cream of coconut
2 oz pineapple juice
Lemon lime soda to fill
Shake rum, coconut, and pineapple over ice and strain into a fresh glass filled with ice. Fill with soda and garnish with a cherry.
