2 oz Door County Distillery Rock Island Rum
1/2 oz ginger beer
1/2 oz lime juice
Dash simple syrup
Dash Cherry Bluff Infusion bitters
Chill martini glass. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice until very cold. Strain into chilled martini glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
