Autumn Gin Sour

2 oz Barrel Finished Gin

2 oz Door Peninsula Winery Modern Cider

1/2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/2 honey simple syrup

2-3 dashes Cherry Bluff Infusion

Pinch of cinnamon

Lemon twist for garnish

Combine all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into martini or coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
