Citrus Rum Highball

2 oz Door County Distillery Citrus Rum

2 oz orange juice

1/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/4 oz simple syrup

1/4 oz Door County Distillery Cherry Bluff Infusion

Club soda or sparkling water to top

Lemon and orange slice for garnish


Combine Citrus Rum, orange juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into highball glass filled with ice. Add Cherry Bluff Infusion. Top with club soda or sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon and orange slice.
